Underfloor Heating
Here at Albastyle, our preferred choice of underfloor
heating system is the DEVI heat mat.
DEVI is a unique heating system, consisting of electrical
heating mats controlled by a thermostat. These are
supplied in a prefabricated kit format and available
are in a range of sizes that are easy to install.
DEVI floor heating is such an effective heating system,
it can act as the only heating source for your entire
house. The heat mats are only between 2.3mm and 4
mm thick, depending on type.
Therefore, it can easily be fitted directly on to
your floor whether it‘s concrete, timber or
even an old tiled surface. The heat mats are actually
installed within the thickness of the tile adhesives
and therefore add no significant height to the floor
level.

| Heat Rises!
Heat rises... This simple fact explains why
underfloor heating provides a far more comfortable
warmth than alternative radiator systems.
A radiator system throws heat up at head height
which then travels further up to the ceiling
only to travel downwards and return as a cold
draft around one's feet.
